Please take note of the following details:

Every new family applying needs to complete the “New Family Application” in addition to a separate “Student Application” for each child they wish to enroll.

boys or girls who attended our Gan and are entering Mechina have to fill out the New Student Application (Pre 1A).
A fee of $500 must accompany each application for new children (including children transitioning from Gan to Mechina). There is an Early Bird Special of $250 for applications received before פורים ה’תשפ”ו. Payment details can be found here or Zelle to rabbigourarie@zichronshmuel.com (please state in the memo purpose of payment and child’s name). Applications will not be considered submitted until payment is received. Fees are non-refundable, regardless of acceptance status.

THIS FORM IS AN APPLICATION ONLY. Upon receipt of your form, a decision will be made regarding your child's acceptance. If accepted, you will receive a registration package containing school rules, tuition forms etc.
